The Committee of Seven, a group of scientists and government officials who governed the world's supply of nuclear and radioactive materials. They were responsible for preventing any use of hazardous waste for superiority.

Raymon Franza founded the FPC in 2075 to monitor and regulate the use of nuclear power and nanotechnology. During the first years the FPC banned a lot of nations from using destructive weapons. But soon war began in 2100 leading to countless deaths blamed on the FPC.
